There will never be another MF DOOM. I feel like hip hop lost a mythical legend.

Kayoken showed me “Doomsday” when I was 17 and I listened to just that song for months before I decided to dive directly, head-first into DOOM’s discography.

He absolutely changed me forever, and was the hammer and anvil in the forge of my creativity.

I feel like DOOM had music that could unlock certain parts of creative consciousness in artists. I owe a lot of my unorthodox style and individuality to DOOM, proving that you can be strange and still be dope.

I love MF DOOM and he will forever be a part of my life. |THIS.
