Do people who frequent alleys have expectations of what they’re likely to see? I can’t image symbols of unity, togetherness, and community engagement come to mind first. Yet, that’s exactly what awaits anyone who strolls the alley behind The Cadillac Room in Lansing, MI. They’re going to come across an abandoned garage painted beautifully and diversely by community children, their parents, and helpful artists from the Below The Stacks mural festival. This art has peace all over it. |THIS
