Chicago-born Alexis Rosado is a force of mountain-moving, hope-bringing, forward-motion energy here in Capital City!
From [radio station] Power 96.5 FM to running her own company, Vision Success Marketing & Consulting, Alexis has the wherewithal to make it happen.
A few years back she rocked with us at an Eastern High School assembly and spoke on identity, creative drive, integrity ,navigating the professional world as a woman, and on top of it all , hopped in a student-led emcee cypher where she completely held her own! At that moment we knew she was a perfect fit for the AOTA movement.
A natural in front of the crowd and assuming leadership roles, she’s also an incredible team player willing to step up in order to materialize the big picture [and] however she’s most needed.
This past year she led the marketing campaign for Below The Stack mural festival and helped establish “The Mic Drop” where she hosts an open mic every Wednesday at the East Lansing Blue Owl Coffee.
She has a passion to mentor young women with an interest in media and creates space to do so. Lexi leverages her knowledge and abilities for impact. It is an absolute honor to have her motivating change through her many gifts with AOTA. |THIS.
All of the Above HipHop Academy is a 501(c)3 organization of artists and educators using the elements of Hip-Hop culture to mentor youth, support their artistic expression, build their confidence, and nurture their development into community leaders. Our program teaches writing, breaking, music production, and street art, meeting the needs of the youth across Lansing, MI
