There’s so much that I love about visiting Afterglow Market at Rotary Park in Lansing, MI. When I’m there I feel welcomed by all the friendly, engaging people; there’s so many cool product vendors, it’s great for networking, and hearing band The Corzo Effect play live is always a treat.
One of my favorite aspects of Afterglow is all the great food, especially Tantay Peruvian Cuisine. My first night visiting the market I waited in a long line for my taste of Tantay’s kale salad and their remarkable chicken stew dish served with some delicious fluffy rice.
