The temperature was hot in and outside MAC’s Bar in Lansing, MI on Saturday August 3, 2019, but the real heat was generated by each artist that touched their stage that night for “Summer Breeze ‘19”.
We were on hand, right in the middle of the sweaty, energized crowd, enjoying each performance we saw.
With DJ E-Nyce on the boards, the lineup of Kid KZoo and Cold Cash of PS Gang, Eddie J Don’t Play, IAMYP, Navaeh, Young Pone, 2wo Difrnt, Willow & OG Huey (Space Crew), Bobo Gutta, Kilocaine, J-Work, Young Kes, O’Neil & GMAJ, Myke A., Ken Sneft, C Green & The Moon Towers, and more brought irresistibly infectious energy.
The best part of the night – aside from the music which included some really great, crowd-appealing hooks – was watching some of the artists invite one another on stage during their sets, sharing the spotlight in unselfish unity. They also made it a point to show love and respect to the DJ.
