During our conversation I asked Deidre THIS good question: Did you enjoy Bruno Mars paying homage to ‘In Living Color’ in the “Finesse (Remix)” video?
She answered, “I loved it.
That was cool of him to do that. After he did that song a lot of people from the show thanked him for paying homage to the show. It was very nice of him to do that.
It actually brought up talk with the cast about doing a reunion show.
Not too long ago Keenan [Ivory Wayans] was trying to put together a new version of the show, but decided if it was not going to be as good as it was back then he wasn’t going to do it – which is cool for us. We have a legacy.
