Dear Weekend Movie Patrons,

We are pleased to recommend film ‘The Hunt’ for your end-of-the-week viewing pleasure.

Directed by Craig Zobel and written by the great Damon Lindelof of ‘Lost’ and ‘World War Z’ fame, they’ve taken on a loose adaptation of 1924 short story “The Most Dangerous Game” by Richard Connell.

‘The Hunt’, starring Hillary Swank and Emma Roberts, is a twisted, satirical thriller following 12 strangers who find themselves being hunted by social elite.

While new to theaters, this film suffered from a myriad of unfavorable opinions long before it was reviewable. It’s was labeled controversial. The points of displeasure range from the amount of gore to insensitive dialogue.

Conventional critics have been quick to score this thriller low while popular YouTube movie analyst and film maker Chris Stuckmann was more objective, giving the film a “B”. Though many will take Stuckmann’s perspective into consideration, such widespread low regard is also enticing to those who value their own opinions.

For all of these reasons, we believe ‘The Hunt’ is worth seeing.

We invite you to contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding this recommendation.

Sincerely,
THIS Entertainment
