After some laugh-out-loud slow-motion antics, Harlem Globetrotters found themselves trailing to their rival Washington Generals at Breslin Center in East Lansing, MI.
THIS Ent was in the building for their “Pushing The Limits World Tour” on January 24, 2019; judging from the concerned faces in the crowd, the thousands on hand thought the Globies may actually lose.
With little time left on the clock, Harlem Globetrotters mounted a shocking comeback, scoring the gaming-winning basket with a rim-rattling slam dunk in the very last second. The crowd roared to their feet as red, white and blue confetti rained from above. A man near us yelled out, “I can’t believe they made a comeback like that!”
This was yet another fun, funny, and exciting performance by the Globetrotters. It’s amazing how well they push the limits of imagination, skill, and the suspension of disbelief.
They kept the crowd energized and engaged throughout the show, then carried that energy to their post-show where they took pictures with all their fans and signed autographs. Globetrotters member Dizzy expressed his gratitude by telling us and a group of fans, “I appreciate you all! Thank you for coming out!” |THIS
