Throughout the life of our entertainment publication, we’ve been blessed with opportunities to speak with many remarkable and famous persons. One of those is multiplatinum music producer and smooth jazz icon Shaun LaBelle!
During our 2020 Twenty Questions Q&A series we asked him THIS good question: How would you explain to someone the importance of valuing their time?
He answered, “I’m always very cognizant of making sure I always take people’s time into consideration.
Whether it’s someone I’m partnering with on a project that we’re collaborating on, whether it’s my mixer who is mixing my records, I always want to make sure, whoever it is, that their time is appreciated and that I’m not going to monopolize it. That’s something I’m always aware of and something I preach to everyone I work with.
In fact, I say that!
I say, “I don’t want to monopolize your time so let’s do what we need to do, get it in and get it done so you can move on to other things.” |THIS.
