I stay busy because I learned that free time was never free for me.
I always struggled with just relaxing because I was always doing something for someone. It’s how my heart is wired, and it was taken advantage of.
Now that I make sure I have time for me, and I spoil myself.
I’m learning I watered a lot of dead plants trying to grow something from nothing.
