Hello! Welcome back!
I hope this finds you in high spirits, friends, because we could all use it, given the climate of the world right now. If not, that is okay; maybe this episode could help.
With yet another death of a minority due to police brutality along with so many other victims, it has sent many people over the edge. To ignore this outcry for peace and equality would have been a disservice, so the topic of this episode was changed.
Due to the changing climate of America’s ethnic landscape, the growth of the African American, Arab, Hispanic, Asian, and American Indian populations is profoundly changing the racial and ethnic makeup of the country’s schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods. It is creating a new multiracial and multicultural heritage in the United States.
However, equality seems to be at the bottom of the list, and that incites fear. That fear can lead to anxiety amongst many things.
This episode hopes to provide a spark in taking the fear out of living as a minority and how you can appreciate the beauty of being who you are.
I hope you all continue to look toward the horizon. I will do the same. Love you all.
See you next time! |THIS.
