On a scale of 1 to 10 how happy are you to be alive?

10!

As a child what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be Sailor Moon because she is a healer, a warrior of peace and love, and is resilient.

I discovered this show in middle school and was immediately enamored by it. I fell in love with the story, the story of a young girl who awakened, discovered her powers, and transformed into a protector of the world. I remember wishing more than anything in life that I could be like her.

What was your favorite cartoon?

Aside from Sailor Moon, it was The Powerpuff Girls.

Tell us your favorite song as a kid, as a teenager, and now as an adult.

As a kid, I loved “Wannabe” by the Spice girls.

As a teenager, I loved “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” by Green Day.

Now as an adult, I love “…Ready for It?” by Taylor Swift.

What’s an album that means more to you now than it did when you first heard it?

I don’t listen to full albums [or] have favorite full albums, but one that meant a lot to me when it came out and still means a lot to me now is Taylor Swift’s Reputation album.

It’s the first album I know all the songs and lyrics to, and it means a lot to me because I feel like it’s the album where Taylor really broke out of her shell. [She] showed her resilience, warrior, badass self to the world and it really resonates with me that she showed up so powerfully for herself.

What are your 3 favorite movies?

Captain Marvel, Wonder Woman, and Iron Man.

What’s the last film that made you cry or almost cry, and what scene did it?

I recently watched The Revenant and the scene that almost made me cry was the church scene when he envisioned seeing his son and giving him a hug, even though his son was not there because he had been murdered.

What’s your all-time favorite TV show?

Currently it’s The Flash.

Which character on that show do you identify with most?

I identify with the main character, Barry Allen, because he is an empathetic leader who cares deeply about protecting the people he loves and protecting his city. He is resilient and always believes that there is good in others and there is always a way to get things done.

What makes you laugh out loud or smile uncontrollably every time you see it or hear it?

Tony Robbins because he, in my eyes, is one of the most incredible human beings on this planet.

In what way have you evolved over the last 12 months?

Where do I even begin with answering this question?!

I can truly say that every single day over the last 12 months has been transformative for me and helped me evolve again, and again, and again. I have evolved as a leader, as a Life Coach, as a partner, as a friend, and as a colleague.

I have embraced my uniqueness in a much more powerful way, I have shown up for myself in so many ways, I have stepped out of my comfort zone multiple times which has led me to: become the host of a podcast, become a certified life coach, launch a monthly membership as part of my coaching services, serve my online community via TikTok, and I’ve also healed my relationship with money.

When was a time that someone you didn’t know did something nice for you? What did they do?

Earlier this week! I was at the driving range with my boyfriend who had a scheduled golf lesson. The instructor invited me to sit and listen in on the lesson for no extra charge and then he gave me a free 30-minute session. It was so kind and thoughtful!

How would you explain to someone the importance of valuing their time?

Time can be your best friend or your worst enemy. It’s all a matter of how you use it. By valuing your time, you are showing yourself love and respect.

What’s been the biggest blessing of your life?

Being trained by Tony Robbins to become a certified Life Coach. |THIS.
