In THIS INTERVIEW we talk to Tiffany Jordan about her confidence, working with couples, and the 5 things her clients will learn from her!
Tiffany on the road to your many achievements, what did you learn from your most difficult professional experiences?
I learned that planning, persistence, and patience will aide you in overcoming any challenges in your career.
How does what you learned benefit your clients?
This is beneficial for my clients because I will always find a way to achieve our overall goal. Timing is fluid; however, the goal remains the same.
You’re a great communicator, Tiffany, and you speak at high profile business events where you interact with people of all ages. What’s the biggest takeaway you want young professionals to have after meeting you?
Your life and lifestyle are the cumulation of your daily decisions. If you don’t like something in your life, change your daily actions. Guard your heart and lead with your mind!
Do you get nervous before or during speaking engagements? Tell us how you deal with it and overcome it.
If I focus on mastering my craft, practice, planning and execution, I do not get nervous before a speaking engagement. Why? Well, how can you be nervous about and to discuss a subject you’re well versed in?
Would you say your confidence is infectious?
Absolutely! Why would anyone hire a realtor who is not confident in themselves, let alone be confident enough to sell their house?
Your confidence shows and so does your experience. Which benefits of your experience are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of the relationships and connections I’ve established over the years. You cannot obtain success without building solid relationships.
Speaking of building relationships, you work extensively with couples. How do you earn the trust of the couples you work with?
I earn the trust of my clients by focusing on their needs and wants, being available and execution. Consistent communication and educating my clients throughout the home buying process is what differentiates me from other realtors. My clients’ needs are a priority.
Along with your success in realty and credit strategy, you’re also an exceptional writer and a published author. In what way has your writing ability benefited how you speak to current and potential clients?
My communication style is direct yet tactful. Rather it’s writing or verbal, my delivery will always have a calm and direct yet humorous approach. I believe a simple smile and laughter establishes a lasting first impression.
How has society today helped you and your business evolve?
The pandemic allowed my business to flourish. I was able to now have the full attention of current and future clients. My marketing efforts and follow up allowed me to gain new clients in a shorter amount of time than I have previously.
Tiffany, what is something you learned in school that didn’t come from a textbook that you’re still using today?
Network, network, network.
What are the 5 most important things clients learn from you?
How to improve their credit scores.
Where to obtain the proper financing, funding for their projects.
How to identify hidden property defects.
