Playground Sessions, in partnership with Hal Leonard and Quincy Jones, offered a free online piano class to all ages and skill levels around the world. They were taught the song “You Raise Me Up” with a plan of them performing together in a virtual recital.
More than 7000 people learned the song and 925 performance videos from 52 countries were submitted. From this they created the world’s largest virtual piano recital in history.
