In the season finale of Power Book II: Ghost we see that Brayden held it all-the-way-down for Tariq and helped him beat that murder case. Because of this, we see that his father has pulled him out of Stansfield and is making him work at his hedge fund.
However, we know that Brayden will, still, to want to be involved in the drug game especially since we know that he believes that this game is the only thing he is good at. He has immunity per his deal with Jenny, so his slate is wiped clean.
