Helpful organization 517 Living and its website 517Living.com does an exceptional job – the finest, in our opinion – connecting community members in our backyard of Lansing, MI to the best events in the area.
Its creator Sarah Pierce launched this valuable resource in 2014. Nine years later it’s bigger and better than ever. The website’s calendar is a regularly updated almanac of what’s going on, keeping everyone living in area code 517, and visitors, united, excited, and informed.
Recently, 517 Living’s official Facebook group reached a milestone of 50,000 members! Complementing the usefulness of the website, the group allows the community to provide helpful advice, information, ask questions of one another, and share pre and post event discussions.
