Did you see The Super Mario Bros. Movie? Were you among the money that contributed to the long-awaited animated feature grossing over $1,000,000,000 at the box office? Let’s assume yes to both those questions.
Let’s also assume you thought actor and musician Jack Black was fantastic as Mario’s nemesis Bowser.
We just finished watching the Movie for a second time. After two turns we can’t imagine Bowser’s voice performed by anyone but Black. He’s so good in the role, we think Jack Black’s performance is awards-worthy!
A Golden Globe? Certainly. A People’s Choice Award? That one too. An Oscar? Give it to him.
